Product Manager Carrying Last Quarter's Roadmap Into Q4
Some roadmaps enter the quarter looking fresh, ambitious and full of confidence. Others arrive leaning on a walker. This is what happens when Q3 ends but half the roadmap apparently didn't get the memo. A few priorities slipped, one project got "temporarily" delayed, another is still waiting on a dependency, and somehow everything has followed you into Q4. At this point you're not planning the next quarter. You're helping the previous one cross the finish line. Me carrying last quarter's roadmap into Q4. Slowly. Carefully. And trying not to make eye contact with whoever is already asking what's planned for Q1.
