Small UX improvements
When product managers say that "a few minor UX improvements will increase revenue," they may be relying on assumptions or past experiences to make this claim. It is important to remember that every product and market is unique, and what worked for one product may not work for another.
It is possible that making "a few minor UX improvements" to a product could actually decrease revenue, rather than increase it. This could happen if the changes negatively impact the user experience, or if they fail to address the underlying problems that are preventing users from engaging with the product. Additionally, making changes to a product can be disruptive and costly, and if the expected revenue increase does not materialize, the product manager's claim could end up doing more harm than good.
