Product Manager and Marketing
Product managers are good at creating decent products. But when it comes to marketing them, they often don't like doing it.
Well, for starters, product managers are usually more focused on the product itself rather than how to sell it. They might not have much experience in marketing and find it a bit overwhelming or confusing. Plus, marketing can feel like a lot of work and take away from their time spent on the product development itself.
Another reason why product managers might not like marketing their own product is that it can be hard to objectively promote something they've worked on for a long time. They might be too close to the product and have a hard time seeing it from a customer's perspective. It can also be tough to hear negative feedback about something they've put so much effort into.
